Product Availability
Quantities are limited on all merchandise offered for sale, and many of the products are unique and/or one-of-a-kind. Accordingly, all products are offered subject to prior sale, and in no event will the Company be responsible or liable if a product ordered is for any reason unavailable for shipment. Furthermore, Swisa Beauty Canada Inc reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason at our discretion.

Pricing
The product prices offered for sale on this site are determined by Swisa Beauty Canada Inc, in its sole discretion. "Suggested Retail Prices" indicated herein, are provided to Swisa Beauty Canada Inc by the manufacturer.

Payment
Payment for merchandise purchased may be done through the use of any major credit card. If payment is by credit card, the customer's credit card account will be charged promptly upon acceptance of the order.

Credit Card Safety
All reasonable steps will be taken to protect a customer's credit card account from unauthorized use.

Order Cancellation
Orders submitted may be cancelled, but only by written notice received by Swisa Beauty Canada Inc prior to shipment. All orders are final upon shipment of the merchandise Sold.

Shipping
Customers will be responsible for all handling and shipping charges including international custom, duty and tax charges. Shipments will be insured, and damage occurring during the shipment of merchandise to a customer will be the responsibility of the carrier.

Returns and Refunds
Customers satisfaction is priority one, therefore to exchange an item the purchaser must do so within 30 day of purchase returning the item in an undamaged state. Under no circumstances will Swisa Beauty Inc accept or exchange merchandise that has been damaged through the customer's actions or omissions. Damages that occur during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
